Last Fridays

Start your weekend at the Club on the last Friday of every month with some light refreshments, fabulous door prizes and some very informative speakers. These events are free and open to the public.

LOOKING AS FIT AND YOUTHFUL AS YOU FEEL
This month's event features REMEDY SKIN + BODY'S Dr. Talia Emery (above) who will talk about the latest advances in a fun, informal style that will have you engaged. Get your questions answered by one of the nation's experts. Plus Dr. Emery is bound to show up with some 'beauty bounty' for attendees!

CREATING EMOTIONAL CONNECTION
Laurie Burns, MFT, (right) will present a talk on what constitutes a healthy and lasting relationship through the lens of Attachment Theory. Laurie will use excerpts from film, poetry, and song to illustrate the salient features of a loving bond between two people who sustain each other thereby creating a safe haven for the other.

PRIZES
Everyone will receive a FREE Tramp and Tower gift certificate valid at Joe & Clara until March 31st! Plus more special door prizes and surprises.

Joe's Birthday & Opening Party - December 9th, 2011

Celebrating our official opening party on the same day Joe Pilates was born, albeit 128 years ago, was a wonderful way to pay tribute to him and the perfect antidote to months of frenzied preparation in getting the Club ready to open its doors.
