The 3800 square foot facility features five workout studios so you'll be able to make the most of your time in one convenient location.
Cardio Studio
All members have unlimited access to the cardio equipment and free weights. Both of which are critical in increasing cardiovascular endurance, boosting your metabolism and slowing down the loss of bone density. Pair up and work out with a partner. You'll find thoughtfully selected treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and spin bikes.
8th Avenue Studio
Personalized Training Sessions. Work one on one with a skilled Certified Instructor who can tailor over 600 exercises to your specific needs. Whether getting your body back into shape, recovering from an illness/chronic injury, or looking for a high intensity workout. Customized sessions yield the fastest results. Joe often said "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body."
Small Group Classes
Joe & Clara offers three different group classes running simultaneously. Each class lasts for 30 minutes making it easier for you to fit into your busy schedule. For the times you can spend an hour or more you can combine two or more 30 minute classes and design your own workout. Each class in the Inspired Studio is designed for a maximum of 10 individuals and no more than six in the Classical Pilates Studio ensuring you receive the attention you deserve. And when it comes to Zumba the rule is more the merrier.
Classical Pilates Studio
Experience the Classical Pilates Method in one of two intimate group* settings featuring state of the art Peak Pilates® equipment. With just a few simple adjustments the state of the art MVe® Tower System is capable of transforming into an entirely different apparatus to achieve four entirely different workouts: Reformer, Jump Board, Tower, and Mat work. The MVe® Chair Studio is a favorite for challenging your core stability and Joe & Clara is the only facility in the area offering it to small groups.
Under the eye of highly skilled and classically trained Pilates instructors you'll learn the exercises that made Joe and Clara famous and which have lasted the test of time to remain the most effective overall workout for achieving long lean muscles, flexibility and endurance.
Pilates Inspired Studio
Motivated by Joe's constant quest to innovate we infused his Pilates Principles into many of today's latest fitness trends. From Zumba® dancing, Bosu® training, JumpSport® trampoline classes and many more it's a great way to add diversity to your workout. The wide array of props and small exercise equipment will enable you to enjoy the latest fitness trends and provide a dynamic workout whether you're sculpting, strengthening or improving your cardio, flexibility and balance. The mix of workouts will challenge and invigorate you and for those new to Pilates these classes are ideal. You'll recognize a lot of the equipment but presented with a slightly different "Pila-twist" that will make it fresh again.
