Control Push Up Front

"Control Push Up Front" is an advanced exercise performed on the reformer.  Similar to "Leg Pull Front" on the mat, the basis of the exercise is a strong plank position.

The carriage is swept out as one leg lengthens out and up in opposition.  It is recommended to move the carriage out one gear in order to accommodate the body length.  Two springs are the recommended tension.

Ideally, the body should remain aligned as the carriage is pushed out with straight arms and the leg is lifted without tilting the hips.
